China Orient Asset Management Corporation is a state-owned financial institution with the capital of 10 billion RMB and assets of 500 billion RMB in various kinds.     At the end of 2005, China Orient Asset Management Corporation readjusted and integrated its hotel assets by transferring the shares and the creditor’s right of those hotels to its 100% owned sub- company ---Orient Hotel Holding Company, Ltd. which was formerly named Orient Hotel Management Company, Ltd..

    Orient Hotel Holding Company, Ltd. is to continuously work in the field of asset management and hotel operation after reconstruction. Orient Jasper Hotel Management Company will take over the hotel management contracts signed by the former Orient Hotel Management Company and to fulfill its management duty of those hotels as well as to build the Orient Jasper brand. The Asset Management Department of Orient Hotel Holding Company is to take the responsibility of hotel investment, property management and capital operation cooperated with Orient Jasper Hotel Management Company.
